Refund policy

You can return most physical products within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund of the product price; original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective. Returned items must be in saleable condition with all components and packaging. Digital/downloadable/streaming products, custom items, and clearance items are not returnable. After 30 days, sales are final except for the USB/DVD exchange options below.

USBs & DVDs (30 days–1 year): From 30 days up to one year after shipment, you may exchange a training USB or DVD for the same title. You may switch formats (e.g., return a DVD and receive the same title on USB). The customer pays return and outbound shipping. The original ship date controls the timing; receiving a replacement does not restart the one-year window.

USBs & DVDs (1–2 years): From one year up to two years after shipment, you may exchange a damaged USB/DVD or obtain the updated version of the same title for a fee equal to 50% of the current price. The customer pays return and outbound shipping. After two years, a new purchase is required.

Limited Warranty (USBs & DVDs): Unless stated otherwise on your invoice, USB/DVD products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the shipment date. During the warranty period, we will replace the product with the same title. Replacements are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only. We honor warranty service when the invoice is paid in full.

Email support@regsauthority.com or call (561) 866-1635 with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send instructions (and an RMA if needed). Pack items securely and use a trackable carrier. Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Notes: Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns that are incomplete or excessively worn may be refused. If your package was lost or damaged in transit, please see our Shipping Policy and contact us right away.
