At Regs Authority, we move fast. Most in-stock orders placed on business days ship quickly, with final shipping costs shown at checkout. For returns and exchanges, please see our Return Policy.
Order Processing & Rates
We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.

Same-day target: Orders received by 2:00 pm Central Time (CT) are expected to ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm CT ship the next business day.

“Business day” = Monday–Friday, excluding carrier and federal holidays.
Expedited Shipping
Need it sooner? We offer expedited UPS services within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Alaska & Hawaii: Expedited options are available, but UPS does not guarantee these delivery times.

Delivery Estimates
Transit times are estimates and may vary based on carrier routing, weather, and address verification.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to validated addresses on website orders. Timing depends on destination, order size, and customs processing.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Local customs procedures can extend delivery timelines beyond carrier estimates.
Address Requirements & Restrictions
Clear, accurate addressing helps avoid delays and extra fees.

No PO Boxes: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes; addresses with “PO #,” “Box #,” or “PO Box #” may be rejected or returned by the carrier.

Avoid the “#” symbol in address lines. Use Suite, Floor, Bldg, Unit, Apt, etc. in full to reduce surcharges and delays.

Include all necessary details (e.g., suite/floor numbers).

Customer responsibility: Any address correction fees, return charges, or re-ship fees caused by incomplete or incorrect addressing.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us immediately so we can help.

For damaged deliveries, retain all packaging and products—carriers require these to process claims.

Once a claim is initiated, we’ll arrange a prompt replacement.
