Common questions
Do I need the federal poster too? Yes. Most private employers must also display federal notices, such as OSHA’s Job Safety and Health poster and the EEOC “Know Your Rights” notice. This set includes the federal poster.
Why are there two Connecticut posters? Connecticut requires more notices than fit on one panel, so the state set comes as two posters. Both are included.
Where should I put it? Somewhere every employee passes, such as a break room or next to the time clock. Each worksite needs its own set.
What about remote employees? Posters cover your physical workplace. If you have remote staff, share the notices with them electronically as well.
