2027 State & Federal Labor Law Posters

Most employers need two sets of notices: federal and state. Each set here combines your state’s postings with the federal poster: OSHA Job Safety and Health, EEOC Know Your Rights (15+ employees), FLSA minimum wage, FMLA (50+ employees), the Employee Polygraph Protection Act, USERRA, and the IRS withholding and payday notices.

Many changes take effect January 1, but states also update mid-year. In July 2026, postings changed in Connecticut, Oregon, New York and DC. Twelve states have confirmed minimum wage increases for January 1, 2027, including California ($17.40), Washington ($17.73), Michigan ($15.00) and Virginia ($13.75). The $60 option includes 12 months of free replacements when a mandatory posting changes. It is a one-time purchase, not an automatic renewal.
